You'll Love It
Featuring the Yellow Catuai variety, naturally processed, our coffee is a must-have for aficionados of rich, chocolatey flavors. The natural drying process of the pulp imparts a rounded, buttery body, perfectly complementing the classic notes of hazelnut and, of course, chocolate.
Sustainable Trade
At COCARIVE, we're more than just a coffee cooperative - we're a community. Established in 1961, the Regional Cooperative of Coffee Growers of Vale do Rio Verde thrives on the dedicated collaboration of our 65 employees, including three agronomists who provide essential technical support to coffee growers. Through ongoing fieldwork and the promotion of modern cultivation techniques, we strive to enhance both productivity and quality while maintaining harmony with nature and the environment.
The Coffee's Journey
Our beans hail from Carmo de Minas, nestled in the state of Minas Gerais within the micro-region of Serra da Mantiqueira. Blessed by nature, this region boasts fertile soil, a temperate climate, and elevations ranging from 900 to 1500 meters - the perfect conditions for cultivating top-quality coffee.
